Project Schedule template - manually updating formula fields, connecting fields that change

Hello,

I've attached a screenshot below that has comments for everything I'm looking to do. I'm trying to have a date field auto-populate with the date the sheet was created, and have project phase start/end dates sync, while also considering the scope (number of rows) will change with every project.

Any help is greatly appreciated!
