Attachment Within a Form to be Completed.

Hello Smarters,

I have created a form which various contributors have access to via link. I need to include an attachment within that form so that they can complete some fields within the attached document and send it back with the form. Can this be created? Or better, is it possible for the completed form and completed fields in the attached document when submitted be returned automatically to the grid which it is associated?

Is this possible?

Grateful for any assistance.

You could add an online link (in Dropbox, Google Drive, or something similar) to the attachment that downloads it, and then they can attach it to the form.

One way to show the file (depending on the type) could be to use a Dashboard/Portal. On one side, you show the form; on the other, you show the attachment.

Hi Andree,

Thanks a lot for your speedy response. I see I am getting to the final product. Would it be possible to set the online link created in the form so that it can be displayed when clicked? This would be easier for the end user.
