Conditional Logic Not Working Correctly In Form

Hello Community,
I have created a form with logic where a notes field remains hidden unless the user checks a box - this is to help keep the form shorter. It is working correctly for all other examples in the form except the 'IGB Bonded to Grounding Ring Notes:' which seems very odd. The formatting is the same as the other examples and there are no unusual characters being used in the column name.
I have tried redoing the automation, changing the name, characters, formatting of the columns and nothing seems to work.
Hopefully someone can help?
Example - the others are hidden because their boxes aren't checked, but the last one won't get on board...

@PKane There has to be a field higher up in the form that has logic forcing that Notes field to be visible.
From my test sheet:
Since the Amount field is higher up than the CheckInData checkbox, its logic overrides the CheckInData's logic.

In the form setup, what does the conditional logic for the "IGB Bonded to Exterior Ground Ring Notes?" checkbox field look like?

Did a little digging, @Jeff Reisman - and you were correct. It was listed in a higher-level causing it to show.
Thanks for the assistance!

Thanks for the thread! @Jeff Reisman , I have a similar issue, where I am trying to hide a section of a form that opens up when a user hits "Yes" (I want this space, Yes, open 10 more questions!).. however down lets say question #6 also has a conditional field to show if someone hits "other". Is there a work around?

I don't think there's a workaround right out of the box. With two conflicting sets of logic, Smartsheet is going to defer to the one higher up in the form.
