Provide a template for a standard Smartsheet Row Report that collects all creations and modifications of Automated Workflows. Include columns for the Last Execution Date/time, Next Scheduled Execution Date/time, Sheet Name for the source sheet containing the workflow, Created By, Create Date, Modified By, Modified Date

I would love to see an Automated Workflow report that contains

Sheet Name, Workflow Name, Workflow ID, Automation Permission, Send to Contacts and if it includes the link to the sheet and/or sheet fields.
