Unfortunately, it's not possible now (without the Smartsheet API or a 3rd-party option), but it's an excellent idea!

Please submit this as a Product Feedback or Idea (If it hasn't been added already) when you have a moment.

Here's a possible workaround or workarounds

• Form and the Conditional Form Logic feature
• Helper columns for each option, conditional formatting and text information describing the process and next steps
