Generate sequential numbers base on task column

Hello everyone,

Hope you are doing well!

How can I generate sequential numbers base on task column that has parent and child tasks, where each parent task has three child tasks, and each child task has one sub task.

Please find below screenshot for better understanding & for now I have filled this sequence manually, I want to dynamic formula for it. If I make changes in the task column so sequence should be change accordingly.
