Multi Row Automation for Reply

Hi all

Going to try and explain my question but to word it seems difficult. I work within resourcing and i am trying to build an automation that will automatically answer the request after all the dates are fulfilled with resource, however i DONT want it to send individual rows when the request has been sent as a group of dates and times. Example

Team needs 5 dates covering, all need to go in a seperate row

Resource is different on each row

But response should be to the same person in one automated response.

Is there a way of doing this?

Hello @Dan_H,

As long as you don't have any linked fields in the comments eg {{Name}}, then they won't send as individual items as long as they are all triggered at the same time.

Sorry can you elaborate a bit more, so by not linking the fields then ALL of the results will send at the same time? Is that what you are saying?

Hi @Dan_H

In this instance I would suggest using a Time Based trigger (see here) for your workflow. This will then check your sheet at the date/time specified and will send out all rows at one time that meet the criteria.
