How to show dates in a range for a report, where the date range is between two column dates

I'm trying to create a report to better visualize capacity analysis for certain time periods. I have one sheet for a team of people where they have put in the estimated time they'll spend on each project within a date range. In essence I want to run a report where I can pull a date range like 9/1/23 -12/29/23 and it will show all the line items that contain that (drone coordination, admin, travel, etc.) even though they don't have any of those dates specifically in the Plan Start or Plan Finish date columns.

Any idea how to do this? I sample of a spreadsheet.

for the report or sheet filter its where plan start is">=" a date AND plan Start is <= a date. If you want to also look at the finish you can add another set of conditions except use plan finish. if you are doing a report put an OR between the 2 sets and an AND within the criteria.
