How to countifs across a date range with a condition and a check box

Hi all, I'm trying to count how many boxes are checked based off a condition within a certain date range. I've tried the below formula but it's not working.

=COUNTIFS({Optom Resignations Range 1}, @cell = "NSW", {Optom Resignations Range 2}, @cell = 1, AND({Optom Resignations Range 3}, @cell >=DATE(2023,3,1), DATE(2024,2,28))))

Your syntax is a bit off. Try this instead:

=COUNTIFS({Optom Resignations Range 1}, @cell = "NSW", {Optom Resignations Range 2}, @cell = 1, {Optom Resignations Range 3}, AND(@cell >=DATE(2023,3,1), @cell<= DATE(2024,2,28)))
