We are new to smartsheets. We can not move a sheet from Sheets to Workspace. Does anyone know why this is happening. I can move some sheets but not one. I am sure it is how it was created or some setting but I have looked and nothing stands out.

If you are an Admin on the workspace and own the sheet you can drag it into the workspace.

I am an Admin and I can move other sheets into the workspace but not one particular one. That is why I think I may have something set up wrong when the sheet was initially created.

Do you own the sheet you are trying to drag into the workspace, or has it been shared to you? You can check this by right clicking the sheet and opening the sharing form
You can also right-click on the sheet from the home tab and choose - "Make me the owner". See screenshot.
