Two questions on Published sheets
Couple questions:
- if a change happens to a sheet that I've published using a link will it refresh with new data or do I have to re-publish every time a change happens?
- does the URL change after each publishing?
I ask because I don't want to have to be constantly updating the url ie. I can simply provide a shortcut and save it to the desktop and then anyone can check out the schedule at any time.
Thanks

Published sheets update without having to republish. Please see this article on Publishing items in smartsheets: https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/522078-publishing-smartsheet-items
Good luck. Do consider the risk mentioned in the article.

And no you don't have to republish. The published sheet is dynamic and it will reflect ongoing changes made in the sheet.

Thank you!

What about in terms of the Project Settings? We have a published sheet that is displaying on a common monitor. When the sheet was published, the Timeline Display was set to "Open to today's date". Since then we have unchecked that and have it opening to the earliest task, however the published sheet is still opening to today's date.
