Why conditional formatting doesn't show up in notification

Hello,

I have an automation to send out a report every day at end of shift. recently I added a conditional format to a column that turns any cell red if its under 100% completion.

The formatting works great in the smartsheet but my problem is that once the automated email sends out, the red color does not reflect in the email.

what am I doing wrong?

@Diego Casillas Zaragoza Yeah, this is a weird feature that conditional formats do not act like background color. I would recommend submitting a enhancement request for this.
