Hi, I have a sheet with a million instances of "Used in Formula on <unknown sheet>". Is it possible to delete the "unknown sheet" references using the API and Python code?

Hi @Lucas Rayala

No, I don't believe there's a way to remove these references using the API. You'll need to manually delete the references from the UI. If the reference is a column reference, deleting the instance from one cell will remove it from all the other cells in that column as well.

As a side note, the person who created the formula looking at this sheet would need to be shared to it. You may want to reach out to all the users shared to this current sheet to request that they share these unknown sheets to you so you can see where the references are going.
