Increment cell value for contact name match

Need a formula for matching contact names from two sheets, if there is a match then Bid number column cell value needs to increment by 1.

Sheet one has - Selected Column which will be populated with Contact Name. If this contact name in "Selected" matched with Sheet two alias column contact name then "Bid" column numbers needs to be incremented by 1.

I am assuming that on BID column I need to apply the formula with INDEX and Match, but couldnt figure the increment count. Please advice. Thank you.
