Select only one Tickbox (Check box)

Dear All,
Do we have now a function in place that we can Tick/ check only one box in the column.
For example
How are you feeling?
- Happy
- Sad
- Angry
- Worried
- Confused
So, here in example only one option can be ticked, can't be multi option

I have not seen that option, but perhaps a drop-down list would be an alternative to ensuring only one answer is selected.
