Is there an way to split a multiple value select column into separate columns?

Example: I have a column with multiple select value for 5 services (S1, S2, S3, S4, S5). I would like to split this quickly or be able to show the separate services on a report, but the report function does not seem to be possible. I have looked at the substitute formula, but the work involved to separate it this way is very long as in reality I have 15+ services. The above is just a quick example.
Thank you,

This post may help. Excel may be fastest method. (ETA: 15 checkbox columns may be easier to work with)
