Check a box if multiple conditions are met
Hi,
I am looking for a formula that is able to either check a box or just record a value "Ready to Send Out" if multiple conditions are met.
Within a sheet, I have multiple names that are contained in a column [Names], each name may appear in multiple rows, but they are unique names. There is also a [Task Complete] column that corresponds to a task. Once the name has all of it's task complete (on separate rows) I want every row for that name to be checked in a column [All Task Complete].
Is there any formula that could achieve this?
Thank you for the help!

@C. Ruiz Could you include screenshots of the sheets/columns you're referencing? (hide any sensitive data)

Hi @C. Ruiz
I hope you're well and safe!
Can you share some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help.
I hope that helps!
Be safe, and have a fantastic week!

Here is a screenshot. As you can see there are two columns [Lab] + [Number] (This is the name). I have another column that autogenerates the following: 1 of 4, 2 of 4, 3 of 4, 4 of 4 named [X of X]. Once the column labeled [Current Status] shows "COMPLETE" for all 4 of those rows I would like a checkbox to be checked on each of the 4 rows.
The reason I need this done is because I will then set up an automation that send these 4 rows to a new sheet that is only completed lab numbers.

@C. Ruiz - Are there always four rows for each group?

Try something like this.
Add a so-called helper column (name it Helper (text/number type) or something else and update the column names in my formula)
Try the following formula in the Helper column. Also, make it a column formula.
=JOIN(Lab@row:Number@row)
This formula is used in your checkbox column. (make it a column formula too)
=IF(COUNTIFS(Helper:Helper, Helper@row, [Current Status]:[Current Status], "Complete") = COUNTIFS(Helper:Helper, Helper@row), 1)
Did that work/help?
