I am a new user and I downloaded a template and now I am unable to access my sheets. How can I get this resolved? Is there a over the phone support we can access?
If you have purchased a plan that includes phone support you will find the phone numbers listed by clicking your user icon in the bottom left of the page and selecting plan information. Depending on your plan, you may have access to the customer support portal: supportportal.smartsheet.com

Hello, I am not sure i understand what the scheduler means in the data shuttle I have set up. Does the below mean that my scheduler will run every hour from 5 am to 8 pm each day? I need it to update often but not sure if this will do it or not. Thank you to those that are smarter than me :-)
