Would be very helpful to be able to see a summary list of all the Reports that are using information from that Sheet. Currently the only option is to see where a column in a sheet is being used in a formula in another sheet. But when trying to update column name in a Sheet, there's no way to generate a list of all the Reports where that Sheet column appears.
Totally agree, this is needed.
I want to make some structure change to particular sheet. (Especially Primary column) However, before I can change that, I need to find out how many and what reports are using this sheet as it's source to make sure nothing will break.
Anything used in cross-sheet reference formulas are easier to find out but Smartsheet support said there is no way to know what reports are running using that particular source sheet.
As we build more solution and share the source sheet with others, sometimes structure change is needed but I'd love to avoid breaking reports, so I'd like to find out before I make the change. This function would come in very handy especially I inherited this sheet when I go hired.
Thanks!
Yes!!! I need to do this today! =-)

In addition, we need a 'where used' feature for Report Filters as well. The filters continually break, resulting in broken charts because we can't easily query where those columns are used.
As one of the system admins, it is absurd to me that I cannot view or have access to all of the items created in my organization. We have over 11,000 reports, sheets, and dashboards and I can't see them. I have no visibility to if people are using our plan for their own personal use, or what kind of work is going on unless…
I noticed this the other day and tested Ctrl + M – it does not work. I submit ticket to Smartsheet support – they told me that’s expected behavior because it’s not currently available even though it still shows as keyboard shortcut in the menu🙄 and told me to submit new product idea. Please add this keyboard shortcut to…
Currently, when using Automation to send Update Requests, there is no way to enforce mandatory (required) fields for users completing the request. This creates data quality issues, as users can submit incomplete updates, even when certain fields are critical. Proposed Enhancement Add the ability to mark specific fields as…
