Restricting populating only one cell in a row

Hello,

I have a grid (spreadsheet) with five rows. Is there a way to restrict the selection to one cell? In other words, if one cell is populated, the other four should automatically be restricted. I do not want the participants to be able to populate more than one cell in the row..

Unfortunately, it's not possible now, but it's an excellent idea!

Here's a possible workaround or workarounds

• Using a form with Conditional Logic
• Using Conditional Formatting and a message to inform them that they shouldn't populate anything else.

Would any of those options work/help?
