IF And Statement with Dates

Hello!

I'm getting an invalid data type when I use the formula below. I used a replicate of this formula for other months of the year where I update the month portion to the relevant month and have had no problem. Any ideas about what's wrong with May?

=IF(AND([Today's Date]@row >= DATE(2023, 5, 1), [Today's Date]@row <= DATE(2023, 5, 31), [May 2023]43 / [May 2023]46), IF([Today's Date]@row >= DATE(2023, 6, 1), [May 2023]43 / [May 2023]46))
