Calendar App Toolbar and Adding Recurring Meetings to the Calendar

Looking at some video's on using the Calendar App in some there shows a Calendar App toolbar on the left side of the screen, how can I get that added to mine? Also is there a way to setup meeting using the Calendar App with meetings that reoccur? i.e. Every other week, weekly on the same day etc. I'm looking to try and setup meetings within Smartsheet that would basically work like it does in Outlook.

The answer to your first question is no because it's a very old design that Smartsheet had.
