IF / ISBLANK / NETWORKDAYS formula

I am trying to create a formula that will calculate the actual # of days a task had been open. I want to calculate from the task's "start date" to the current date IF the close out date column is empty/doesn't have a date. I attached a picture of what my sheet looks like. I have been messing around with formulas using IF, ISBLANK, and NETWORKDSAY, but haven't had any luck. Can someone suggest a formula that reflects the columns on my sheet?
