Format of dates in form

Hi all,

I have set up a form where I requested (project) dates from project managers all over the world. However, it is showing to them in Dutch (I am Dutch speaking) - see screenshot below. Their personal settings are in USA-English.

How is it feasible for them to see the format of dates in USA English?

Unfortunately, as far as I know, it's not possible now to change it to be different than your account, but it's an excellent idea!

Yes, it will automatically update, but you might need to log out and in again for it to take effect.

And if I update my settings to USA-English. Will it automatically update? Or do I need to create a new form?
