COUNTIFS - Count if Older than six months

Names and Numbers are fake.

I would like the [JS Last 6?] column to count if the employee has a "Completed" Job Shadow within the Last six months, counted off of the shadow date column. I am having trouble with the date portion of the formula.

=COUNTIFS([Employee ID #]:[Employee ID #], [Employee ID #]@row, [HR Approval]:[HR Approval], "Completed", [Shadow Date]:[Shadow Date], ([Shadow Date]@row > (DATE(YEAR([Shadow Date]@row), MONTH([Shadow Date]@row) + 6, DAY([Shadow Date]@row)))))

Hi @bryan.mccomb,

Can we consider 180 days to be close enough to 6 months, give or take a couple of days depending on the months included? If so, try this:

=COUNTIFS([Employee ID #]:[Employee ID #], [Employee ID #]@row, [HR Approval]:[HR Approval], "Completed", [Shadow Date]:[Shadow Date], [Shadow Date]@row > TODAY(-180))@bryan.mccomb
