Setting up a "hiring system"


I am currently working on a hiring system for laptops and other IT equipment. Is there a way where you can do the following:

Set up a catalogue of all the kid (im presuming just in a normal sheet)

When that kit is hired out (determind by issue date column) it removes that from the drop down for those hiring the kit out

Requests are done by form and then confirmed via a internal team.
