Do I use a COUNTIFS formula

Hi there,

See attached image - I am trying to determine how many of the tasks of level 0-Urgent/Extreme (first column), the count of those that are Internal vs External - and the completion status (Open, In Progress, Completed) - the column next to it.

Looking to add this to a dashboard..

Can anyone offer any advice?

Have you explored using a Report with the Grouping/Sum/Count feature?
