Showing the dropdown list in the child row only

Hi,

I would like to know if there's a way to show the dropdown list only in the child rows or to show a default value (from the dropdown list) in the parent row.

I hope you're well and safe!

Unfortunately, it's not possible now to only have the list available on the child level, but it's an excellent idea!

Please submit this as a Product Feedback or Idea (If it hasn't been added already) when you have a moment.

Here's a possible workaround or workarounds

• You could add the default value manually to the parent rows and lock the rows
• You could have a Workflow add the default value to the parent rows, and if somebody changes it to something else, it could add the default again.

Would that work/help?
