Hi all I am trying to use vlook up to bring back a set of requirements from a requirement sheet into my travel sheet

So when a "mine site" is site 1, then return the relevant information to the Site Requirement column

this is my sheet with the specifications per site that specifies any requirements per site

You can try doing it using Index/Match in your "Site requirements" column something like

INDEX({Specifications},MATCH([MINE Site]@row,{SITE},0))
