Need the latest date for a resource to pull to another sheet

I am trying to pull the latest scheduled date for my machine resources from my scheduling sheet to my lead times sheet.

I am using this formula but getting Incorrect Argument Set;

=MAX(COLLECT({Fabco Schedule Range 2}, {Fabco Schedule Range 1}, "Shear"))

I want the Assigned To Column to be the basis and the latest Finish Date
