Count if referencing other sheet with checkbox in criteria

Trying to count the number of projects where status = High Priority List View and the Delivery box is checked off. Sheet is already reference but can not get formula here

I don't know if you need the "AND" formula in this instance because COUNTIFS already looks at all listed criteria. Also, the first reference doesn't look right. Are you getting an error when you enter it?
