Are you able to add a calculated date to a project schedule 

So for example if the Project got approved June 5th then I would want the other tasks to start 1 day after then other tasks to start after that day and will take as long as 10 days to complete.

Are you able to add phases maybe that can be calculated?

It seems what you need is to set the Predecessor and Duration of the "other tasks". For details, refer to:
