Batch Notifications - How to enable

I have a workflow that is running hourly with the goal to batch the notifications rather than send a notification for each change. In this example below, the end user is receiving the same number of notifications as changes (row 52 and 52). The end user is making a high number of changes at once that can result in an upwards of 20 changes / notifications. I would like to be able to send a single notification on an hourly basis with a listing of changes. Is this possible?

That's how it should be working, and that's how it looks like it is working based on your screenshots. 1 email showing two attachments added.

Right. However, the end user is receiving two duplicate notifications with the same timestamp when two changes are made. Any suggestions on how to correct?

Do you have more than one notification built into the sheet?

This solution has 19 workflows. Only one other has the same criteria with the field options being different (critical vs non-critical).
