COUNTIF Formula

How do I add to this formula to only capture 2023Q1, 2023Q2 completed- prioritized projects? I am currently using the formula below, but its capturing all of the completed- prioritized projects from other years.

=COUNTIFS({MH-Work Prioritization Log Range 1}, "Completed- Prioritized")

I also would like a formula to count for 2023Q1, 2023Q2, 2023Q3, and 2023Q4

Hi Orlando, you may add more criteria to the COUNTIFS formula. E.g.

=COUNTIFS({MH-Work Prioritization Log Range 1}, "Completed- Prioritized", {Quarter}, "2023Q1")

Is there a way to COUNTIF completed date is between 01/01/2023 and 03/31/2023?

Hi Orlando, try this. E.g.

=COUNTIFS({MH-Work Prioritization Log Range 1}, "Completed- Prioritized", {Completed Date Range}, >=DATE(2023, 1, 1), {Completed Date Range}, <=DATE(2023, 3, 31))
