Webform send automatically

Hi,

is there a way to send a webform automatically. 

https://app.smartsheet.com/b/form?ffff&Element=123 will set the Field "Element" with 123. Maybe it's possible to send somthing like &Submit=True or so.

For what: I will sign my elements with QR Code and want the employees to scan the Code with nothing else to do. Date of scanning, Element Nr and position of scanning are preset fields. So in the sheet would have all this datas ijust by scanning the QR.

Or is there a better way?

Hi Peter,

There isn't currently a way to autosubmit a Smartsheet form. When you have a moment, submit an enhancement request via the Product Enhancement Form under Quick links on the right of the community site.

You might explore using a Google Form to get what you need. I've found a few threads where people have created URLs that will auto-submit the Form: https://productforums.google.com/forum/#!topic/docs/0JuB96TUQ-8;context-place=forum/docs

You can then use the Smartsheet Google forms integration to have that data automatically synched to Smartsheet: https://www.smartsheet.com/apps/google-forms-smartsheet-sync

This is just plain STUPID that Smartsheet cannot do this.
