Data Shuttle connection to Sharepoint disconnects randomally
I have a recurring Data Shuttle process and randomly it'll stop running. Upon inspection, I'll see the connection between Sharepoint and Data Shuttle has been disconnected and I'm forced to authenticate again.
Has anyone experienced this or know if there's any documentation about this?

If the behaviour occurs randomly or its intermittent, please submit a ticket to the Support team through the customer support portal providing the following information:
- Screen recording / screen captures of your workflow set-up
- Sheet URL that's being connected
- Date/Time that you last created/connected the workflow
- Date/Time that you last noticed it was disconnected
