I have a specific question and I will give you some context for better understanding.
On my smartsheet, people submit their requests. They can choose "hold" or "submit" on the colummn "status".
I want to track the day when the row is changed or created to "submit". Of course, I have now created this column and from now on I have the date recorded.
My question is for the past. Is there a way I can track the day the option "submit" was created or changed to ? A formula ? A work Insights ? I thought it was possible with work insights but couldn't find it. Lastly, of course I'd prefer not to enter it manually by looking at "cell history" :)
