Trying to get a column to populate the same value for every row.

I am attempting to get a single cell value from [BaselineLookup] to populate into every row in [Baseline].
I have tried a couple formulas but so far I keep getting a message that says the formula isn't quite right when I try to convert it to a column user.
Thanks in advance!

@Dave from JBM add a "#" being the summary field name
[Water Baseline]#

@Dave from JBM yes column formula can't reference a cell. You'll need to use a sheet summary field for the value then use the sheet summary in the column formula.

I hope you're well and safe!
You'd need to use the Sheet Summary fields or an INDEX formula.
Would any of those options work/help?
I hope that helps!
Be safe, and have a fantastic week!

@Andrée Starå @Darren Mullen thanks for the info guys. I have no experience with the sheet summary field so I will do some research on that.

@Andrée Starå @Darren Mullen I was able to get the reference in the sheet where this value is updated but I cannot figure out how to get that into the sheet where I need all the values to update.. I tried the formula highlighted in yellow in both sheets both return #unparseable.
The summary field will update if I change that value in the sheet though so I think I made some progress.
