Automatically Delete Attachments when a condition is met?

I am looking for a way to automatically delete attachments on a row when the work is approved. Is this possible?

Hi @Krys West - this is a good thought. Our organization has explored this before with a few other projects and at the time couldn’t find a way to make this happen.

You can add new versions of the document over top of previous versions - which solved our use case (but all other versions are still accessible if looking through the doc version history).

If you can't remove old versions of an attachment, is there a way to only select the Most Current Version of that attachment in an automation? So I if I have Document1v1 and Document1v2, it would only send Document1v2 in a subsequent automation?
