SUMIFS formula

I'm trying to find the total amount of RAID issues in a column. And get the sum of the total in my summary section but I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong with the formula.

=COUNTIF([CRAID Type]:[CRAID Type], "Action")

=COUNTIF([CRAID Type]:[CRAID Type], "Decision")

=COUNTIF([CRAID Type]:[CRAID Type], "Risk")

You mention SUMIFS. SUMIFS will sum the contents of cells matching the criteria, while COUNTIF will provide the number of cells matching the criteria.
