To save on storage space, I would like to automatically delete attachments to a row when a condition is met, as I would no longer need to reference those.

In order to meet data privacy standards of our company, we are required to delete specific data/PII after a certain amount of time. It would be a lot easier if we could automate deleting a row attachment based on specific trigger.
