#INVALID COLUMN VALUE when using =MAX for a date value in cross sheet formula
Good afternoon!
I am attempting to use a cross sheet forumla to see the most recent date populated in a column from a different sheet. The forumla I am using is :
=MAX({EMEA Customer Health Score Range 12})
I get the error: #INVALID COLUMN VALUE
If I use formula '=MAX([Data Request Date]1:[Data Request Date]139)' in the original sheet I wish to pull the data from I get desired result.
Please help!

Hi @Kirsty Parker,
Check your column in the sheet with the cross sheet formula is set to date - the error you're getting may be because it's still set to text/number.
Otherwise the only thing I can think of is if the range is multiple columns of different types.
Hopefully it's something simple that you've just overlooked, but if not then let us know and we'll see if we can work it out!

Is the column you are putting the formula in formatted as a date?

Thanks for your Answer's Nick & Carson! It was indeed the fact the column I was inputting the formula was not formatted as a date column.
