Formulas for Status cells formated with progress bars for task and subtask
From the picture below, I am looking for formula that can give me the overall status of the two orange cells. Of the two orange cells, what is the status of the 5 cells below each of them? Can I have those sums to show in a progress bar?

It is possible, but what exactly would your logic be? What logic are you currently using in the child rows, or is it manual entry?

Hey Paul, It's manual entry right now. Last 4 mths I've started learning to navigate the world of Smartsheet. Lots to learn. I don't necessarily have to use the progress bars. Could use any symbols or even percentage numbers. The latter may be a better option. I am trying to generate a dashboard for a visual of the overall Project and Task status. My folks want to see visuals. Still learning the jargon. Hope I’m calling the fields by their proper name.

We can work with progress bars if that is preferred and even leave it as manual entry on child rows with a rollup on parent rows as long as we can establish some kind of logic.
Progress bars have 5 different options. Empty, Quarter, Half, Three Quarter, and Full.
What we would need on the parent rows is how to determine which one to choose based on the child rows. We could take the lowest, the highest, or the average with "Full" only populating when ALL child rows are marked as full (recommended). Which would you prefer?
