How to stop cell link?

I want to stop the cell link so that when i use the formula it won't change the value of other columns? Can someone please help?

Hi Peter,

Are the cell links appearing due to a cross sheet reference in your formula? When you have a formula to get values, or direct cell links, the values will change when the underlying data set changes.

You'd have to remove the cell-link connections not to have the information updated anymore and stay static.

It seems like the cell link appearing when we use the formula and it's only affected on the formula with the blue one as below. May you give some advice? Thanks!

It looks like you've formulas on the right to get a count of items in different stages. Are you concerned about the formulas showing up in the column before column7? Double click on the cell to see which cells/sheets the formula is referencing. When we try to copy and paste a formula, there is a high possibility of the formula to still reference the previous cell and not the one you intend to have.
