Project Resource View

Hi:

I'm looking for a way to where the Project Resource View will list actual Task Names against each resource in my project sheet instead of the smartsheet file name against each person. . Is there a way the Project Resource View can be tailored and utilised as a resource management tool?

By careful design you can have a range of ways to review your resources schedule. 

In the sheet itself via the Red man, In Reports that summarise what each resource's tasks are in a list view, with the ability to interrogate via the Red man when that is helpful. 

Or via the Home Button Resource View. Don't forget you can create filtered views for different teams. 

You can even track your non human resources like a Training room as long as you can give it a "fake" email address.
