#Contact Expected Error

Hi!

I am trying to pull in a contact from another sheet when Region and Service Line are a match in both sheets. Both the source and the target sheet are contact columns. I get a #contact expected error. I searched for the error on the help page, but it didn't help much lol. Anyone get this error before and know how to fix it? Maybe my formula isn't right. Any help would be much appreciated.

=INDEX(COLLECT({Contacts- SL Lead}, {Contacts- Region}, @cell = Region@row, {Contacts-service line}, @cell = [Service Line]@row), 0)

Hi,

You don't really need to add "@cell" for the criteria in region and service line and you will need to change the row index to 1 instead of 0 to get the value.

Hi! Thank you for your response. I tried the suggestion, but now it is just blank. No error, but blank. It should be pulling in the contact from the other sheet. Any thoughts? Thanks!
