Chrome app closing without a warning

Hi all,

When I run smartsheet in chrome browser, if I try to close the tab and there are unsaved changes, I get a warning about that. However, when I use the chrome app, if there are changes to be saved and I close the app, then it closes without any warning, and hence those changes are lost.

Is there any way to fix that problem?

Hi Biel,

This may be expected (although unfavored) behavior with the Smartsheet app for Chrome. I'd recommend contacting our Support team to see if they can further assist.
