Approval Workflow not sending notification

HI have an approval workflow that requires a notification to be sent to a user once the approval is done. The workflow has two conditions that split an approval process and subsequent actions, but both flows end with a notification step. The "Above R5000" = Yes" condition works perfectly but the "Above R5000 = No" condition does not send the notification.

Hi @Marce Holzhauzen

Since the first approval is always going to Accounts Team Lead, try to move your conditions post the approval by the Accounts Team Lead.
