Be aware of the deprecation of Smartsheet mobile app versions 10.8 and lower

Hi Community, 

We would like to inform you that Smartsheet deprecated the older versions of the mobile app on October 18, 2023. Please note that all Smartsheet mobile app versions 10.8 or older are no longer supported. If you haven't already done so, we strongly encourage you to update your mobile app to the latest version to enjoy the full benefits of Smartsheet's features, improved performance, and ongoing support. Please read the attached advanced notice messaging below for instructions on how to upgrade to the latest version of the mobile app.

Hi Community,

We would like to inform you about an upcoming change regarding the Smartsheet mobile app. Effective anytime on or after October 18, 2023, we will be deprecating all Smartsheet mobile app versions 10.8 and lower. It is important for you to be aware of this in order to ensure uninterrupted access to the app's features and support.

To continue enjoying a seamless experience with Smartsheet on your mobile device, we kindly request that you update your app to the latest version. By upgrading, you will benefit from a better user interface, access to new features, and ongoing support from Smartsheet.

To update your mobile app, simply visit the Smartsheet page on the App Store for iOS or the Google Play Store for Android, and follow the instructions to download and install the latest version.
