It would be helpful if you could drag favorites and pinned recents to customize the order they appear in.

The ability to re-order and or group them by type
I agree with Ken Armstrong's suggested enhancement/idea. The ability to re-order Favorites would be great. And if they can be grouped to organized even further, even better.
Ever since Favorites was added, I wanted the ability to reorder them.
Agree with reorder favorites and pinned recents- having ability to drag/drop to reorder.
+1
I came to submit this idea and found this so upvoting. I would like to see Favorites Grouped by Workspace/Folder and then sorted within.
The favorites list is currently sorted alphabetically with no additional sort available.
It would be beneficial if the Favorites list sorting was customizable, or if custom sorting isn't possible, the default sort should first be sorted by sheet "type", then alphabetically within each type. Once the favorites list exceeds 15-20 items, the list becomes overwhelming without additional grouping criteria.
Or, if a user could indicate items on the favorites list they would like to appear at the top of the list (super favorites?) that would be a useful alterative if the custom grouping & sorting isn't possible.
Absolutely! Implementing customizable sorting or default sorting based on sheet "type" followed by alphabetical sorting within each type is a thoughtful enhancement. This approach would enhance the user experience by organizing the favorites list in a logical and manageable manner.
Additionally, considering that an extensive list of favorites can become overwhelming, the introduction of additional grouping criteria, such as type-based sorting, becomes crucial for maintaining a clean and efficient user interface. This enhancement streamlines accessibility and improves the overall usability of the solution, promoting a more productive workflow for users managing multiple sheets and navigating a growing list of favorites.

Sorting favorites by sheet "type" provides a clear categorization, making it easier for users to navigate and locate specific sheets based on their functions or purposes. Alphabetical sorting within each type further refines the organization, ensuring a structured and intuitive display of the favorite sheets.
This would be so helpful! In addition to creating lists and sublists that could be expanded and collapsed.
Yes, please. will be very helpful!
Agreed - being able to organize favourites based on workspace, or free-form folder choices would be very helpful. right now everything is all over. At the very least, being able to drop and drag them into an order, or even organizing them into an alpha/numeric order would be helpful. At this point, having any more than 4 or 5 items in favourites makes it difficult to use them.
In the Resource Management Plan Settings in Control Center, there is no way to link the Client and Project Code fields even though they are not Custom fields and part of the first 3 fields you enter when creating a new project. I can't select them in the Custom Resource Management Information Fields because they are not…
I’d like to see user analytics for WorkApps. I’ve checked the user report available in the Collaborator Pack, but it only shows how many times someone has clicked into the WorkApp each month. I’d like to know: Which resources (dashboards, sheets, forms, etc.) are getting the most traffic? Where are people spending their…
I rely heavily on Smartsheet’s Document Generation. However, this workflow is currently dependent on having photos stored inside cells, since row attachments alone cannot be used directly in document generation.. If Smartsheet allowed attachments to be displayed as thumbnails in cells (as a reference), document generation…
